Pets

L u n a
Hi! Today i'm gonna talk about pets; personally I love pets because i think that they are very unconditional.

In my life i had a lot of different pets like rats, fishes, hamsters, guinea pig, but mostly dogs. Now i have a female dog named Luna, she is 8 years old. She was one year old when i got her so she already had the name but i think that i would chose the same name, because i love the meaning of the moon. In the past when i was a child my sister and i used to name our pets with the name of a TV character, so we had Sasha, Ginger and Sabrina.

I don't really like to think in the future when Luna won't be anymore, but i think that in future i would have a dog again. I really love dogs, i think that they're my favorite kind of pet because they are so faithful and cute, specially the small ones. The other pet that i like a lot is the fish, i think is very relaxing to see.

Besides dogs and fishes, i also like exotic pets. The last year i was considering in buy an axolotl (actually i still) and a snake, but in my house someone has a panic for snakes so i couldn't have one. In the case of axolotl they are very complicated to feed because at first you have to give them alive fishes in the aquarium and then meat cutted in small pieces. My dream exotic pet would be have a tiger because is a majestic animal, but it's a little impossible unless you are millionarie or live in the jungle.

The pet that i would never have is a cat. I hate cats! They are bad, unpredictable and extremely indepent. I don't know why but when i'm near one cause me an instinctive reject.

Zenit 122

Hi! Today i'm gonna talk about a piece of technology that i really love, it is an analogical camera named Zenit 122. This camera belongs to a russian brand and in the 90' was an economic option but with high quality. I got it because my dad always been an amateur photographer and he bought it a few years before i born so it was without use in my house.

To start to take pictures i buy a camera roll and put inside the camera, then i have to set the ISO, lens aperture and shutter speed depending of the light conditions, then i focus the object or landscape and finally take the picture. The type of photo that i enjoy more to take are portraits and nature at the light of a sunset.

I use this camera a lot like i try to have it always on my backpack. I think that this camera captures more faithfully the reality that the digital one that i have, that's why i like it so much. Also i think is so pretty and comfortable.

If i had not this camera i think my hobby would be another one, like playing guitar or something like that. But at the same time i don't consider this like a hobby, it's more than that because i don't take photographs only on my free time, it could be in any moment if i get the inspiration.

Why did i choose the Theatral Design career?

So i'm gonna start from my first approach to art in general. Before i was born (and a little after too) my father was a painter and as a child i was surrounded by oil painting and paintbrushes. That made me paint a lot (only as child) and i wanted to be a painter too as a dream job. Then i started school so i stopped, but i had the dream of become a designer since then.

That dream continued so at the moment of applying to university definitely was one of my options, but architecture called my attention too. So i was trying to decide and my mother told me about a friend that studied Theatral Design and i started to investigate about that career. Finally i decided this career specially for being less industrial that the General Design career and also for let me learn about Graphic Design too. Besides, i think this career include a little of Architecture. Was the perfect mix!

My experience with this career the first year was awful. I wasn't related to the discipline that this career requires so i never slept, i had bad marks and reprobated two courses. I almost left the university but i realised that i really didn't wanted to, i love this career actually. So i stayed and now i regret about that feelings i had, i'm happy now.

I would like to work in the design based on the light of concerts or dance or even make my own works for an art gallery more than design plays, that because i think that are more abstract.  Also i would like to learn really well costume design and sell my own creations one day.
